As someone who had absolutely no medical background and no training in CPR, whatsoever, I highly recommend Heather from Miller Training Services. Heather came to teach our first responder class, CPR. It was by no means a small group of people. There were probably close to 20 people. Heather demonstrated to the class the proper techniques of CPR and walked us through it step by step as a group. She took the time to come around to each person and make sure that they understood her demonstration and were using proper form and depth when performing compressions. She was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. After my First Responder class, I decided to take an EMT class, where once again, we were taught CPR. My instructor was very impressed with my CPR knowledge and skills. I totally accredit Heather and her flawless teaching for this. You definitely cannot go wrong choosing Heather and Miller Training Services for your needs!!!!
